Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Oregon, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience in school-based or early intervention settings highly preferred

• Ability to independently manage a flexible, travel-oriented schedule within the assigned region
• Familiarity with assessment tools and intervention strategies tailored for early childhood development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for young children in early intervention programs
• Deliver occupational therapy services by "pushing in" to homes and collaborating closely with families and care teams
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions for optimal outcomes
• Provide consultative support and training for parents, caregivers, and educational personnel
• Travel between service locations within Douglas County, primarily based around Roseburg
