Regional Director of Sales

As the first frontline sales leader in a full-time remote position, the Regional Director of Sales will manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the Nordics and UKI, drive hands-on deal closing, and establish a go-to-market playbook to support the company's hypergrowth phase. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor Enterprise AEs, fostering a results-driven culture and coaching in the field Engage directly in deal closing activities, guiding strategy and securing six-figure+ enterprise contracts Collaborate with the VP Enterprise Sales EMEA to develop the regional GTM playbook and define the ideal customer profile Required qualifications 7+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience with a focus on complex developer tools or cloud infrastructure Proven track record of managing and mentoring AEs, consistently exceeding enterprise quotas in EMEA Experience selling emerging products to technical enterprise buyers in early growth stages Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is a plus
