They develop highly engineered products used in mission-critical applications and offer employees strong visibility, stability, and opportunities for advancement.Job DescriptionPerform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured products and components.Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, and tolerances to verify product conformity.Conduct testing, sampling, measurement, and documentation activities to ensure quality standards are met.Monitor inspection equipment, gauges, and measurement tools to maintain inspection accuracy.Support manufacturing teams by troubleshooting quality-related issues and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.Assist with procedure development, contract and purchase order reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
