Customer Support Coordinator

Detail-oriented and compassionate, the part-time Customer Support Coordinator will monitor user activity, respond to inquiries, and ensure a safe experience for pet owners on the Petco Love Lost platform while working remotely and being available on at least 1-2 weekend days. Key responsibilities Monitor incoming user messages and support tickets, responding promptly and escalating issues as needed Flag data issues, review user accounts, and maintain platform health to ensure a trustworthy experience Manage ongoing communications with users, keeping interactions organized and documented Required qualifications Strong attention to detail, with the ability to catch issues others might miss Experience in managing multiple tasks and queues independently Reliability and self-direction in handling recurring responsibilities A genuine care for animals and their owners Experience in animal welfare is a plus, but not required
