From the beginner thrill-seeker to the seasoned pro, we help enthusiasts ride the waves and navigate the waters with confidence. We are currently expanding our Customer Service Department and are seeking a Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support customers throughout the ordering process while providing administrative coordination across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent communication and support Assist customers with product information, order placement, and general inquiries Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the system Coordinate with production and logistics teams to support order fulfillment and on-time delivery Track and monitor orders, providing customers with updates on status and timelines Handle order changes, discrepancies, and issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and internal coordination Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, and processes to effectively support customers Qualifications: 2+ year of customer service, administrative support, or inside sales experience.
