Solution Management Assoc Director (GMI)

IQVIA seeks a Solutions Management Associate Director to translate technology strategy into product roadmaps and operational improvements within Global Market Insights. The role bridges business stakeholders, technology teams, and product delivery to ensure strategic priorities drive scalable solutions and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain annual and near-term technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies
- Serve as subject matter expert and functional owner for assigned products and operational domains
- Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to align solution delivery and drive consensus
- Support Agile planning and execution across multiple teams while fostering process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Product management, product ownership, business analysis, or technology planning experience
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and actionable solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and software development lifecycles
- Track record delivering business value through technology products or strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence without direct authority
- Healthcare, life sciences, market research, or analytics industry experience preferred
