Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St. Vincent Medical Group are actively seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary and Convenient Care Chenal clinic , a well-established and growing primary care practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our Chenal clinic is a cornerstone of health in the community, currently home to a diverse team of 10 providers, including 2 pediatricians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, and 6 family medicine physicians. We are committed to expanding our capacity to serve our patients even better, with the exciting development of a new floor in our existing West Little Rock clinic. This expansion underscores our dedication to providing comprehensive and accessible care to our patients and our growing team.

The Opportunity:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Chenal clinic, you will have the chance to:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, fostering strong and lasting relationships within the community.

• Manage a steady flow of patients throughout the day, allowing for focused and personalized medical attention.

• Collaborate within a supportive and multidisciplinary team of experienced primary care physicians and advanced practice providers, enhancing your professional growth and patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

• Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one.

• Previous clinical experience in a primary care setting is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including Pediatrics.

• Excellent diagnostic, treatment, and patient education skills.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with Epic is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Commitment to quality care and patient safety.

Pay Range

$90,854 - $124,904 /year
