The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by developing and optimizing demand generation strategies across digital channels, campaigns, and partner ecosystems. This role focuses on identifying high-impact growth opportunities, testing new marketing approaches, and scaling programs that generate qualified leads and revenue. Working closely with sales, partner marketing, and marketing operations, the Growth Marketing Manager develops integrated marketing strategies that convert target audiences into opportunities. The role combines planning, experimentation and data-driven optimization to accelerate customer acquisition and support company revenue goals. Success in this role is measured by pipeline contribution, lead quality, conversion performance, and marketing-driven revenue growth. The Growth Marketing Manager is the person responsible for making sure marketing actually produces pipeline, not just activities. This role will work normal business hours with two full days in the Dunwoody office (Mondays/Fridays). Core Responsibilities Growth Strategy and Pipeline Development Develop and execute marketing programs designed to increase pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition. Responsibilities include: Identifying high-potential market segments and target audiences Designing growth programs that support company revenue priorities Aligning marketing initiatives with sales goals and pipeline targets Building scalable demand generation frameworks Typical initiatives: digital demand generation programs account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives partner-driven growth programs vertical or industry campaigns Demand Generation and Channel Optimization Design and optimize multi-channel marketing programs that drive engagement and conversions. Channels may include: paid digital advertising (LinkedIn, search) email marketing and nurture campaigns webinars and virtual events organic and paid social media website conversion programs Responsibilities include: optimizing channel performance improving lead acquisition efficiency testing new channels and campaign approaches Experimentation and Growth Testing Implement a data-driven approach to marketing experimentation and performance improvement. Responsibilities include: designing growth experiments and A/B tests testing messaging, offers, and conversion strategies analyzing results and scaling successful programs improving marketing funnel performance Common testing areas: landing page conversion optimization email engagement optimization advertising targeting strategies content performance Pipeline Analytics and Performance Measurement Track marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include: analyzing campaign performance and pipeline impact monitoring conversion rates across the marketing funnel building reports that measure marketing contribution to revenue presenting performance insights to marketing and sales leadership Metrics typically tracked: MQL generation and quality conversion rates across funnel stages marketing-sourced pipeline cost per opportunity Sales and Partner Alignment Collaborate closely with sales teams and partner marketing to ensure marketing programs generate high-quality opportunities.
