About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support high‑volume automotive title processing for vehicles sold online. This role handles approximately 2,500 titles per day and requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Matching titles with bills of sale
• Sorting documents alphabetically by dealer name
• Organizing and alphabetizing title packets
• Receive titles into the computer system
• Stamp and assign titles
• Prepare and ship completed title packets

• Quick and accurate typing skills
• Auto title experience helpful but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
