RequirementsEDUCATION & REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM) Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start) Commitment to practicing value-based, patient-centered primary care Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care modelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
