Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches suited to client needs.

• Work closely with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, regularly assessing their progress toward achieving these goals to ensure a dynamic and responsive treatment process.

• Offer teletherapy options, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to ensure confidentiality and ease of access for clients who may face mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, highlighting our commitment to professionalism and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid mental health license in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a strong capacity to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and maintain accurate administrative records.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in the mental health field, providing therapy services in clinical settings, preferably with a majority of that experience in a telehealth capacity.
