Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns, and create individualized treatment plans based on these insights.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions using effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with MindPath, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients effectively.
