Our standard work week runs from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing employees with a structured yet flexible schedule. Regular team meetings via virtual platforms ensure that our counselors remain engaged and supported professionally.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, effectively identifying their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address various emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adaptation to life changes.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans focused on enhancing the mental health and emotional well-being of our geriatric population.

• Deliver psychoeducation sessions aimed at staff and family members, equipping them with strategies to support the emotional health of elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling for residents and their families, particularly those facing end-of-life situations, helping them process their feelings and find coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets the geriatric population, focusing on seniors struggling with a range of mental health issues related to aging. You will work with clients experiencing significant life transitions or those encountering grief and loss. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
