As a remote telehealth provider based in Tallahassee, Florida, we offer our counselors the flexibility to work from the comfort of their own homes. Our regular work week is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for consistency in schedule while also providing room for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support.

• Facilitate immediate counseling services for clients requiring urgent assistance, utilizing compassionate communication and evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to safeguard client well-being during crises.

• Offer continuous support through follow-up care, providing referrals and recommendations to enhance clients' overall mental health journeys.

• Apply crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations, helping clients achieve a state of calm and stability.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to refine counseling skills, especially within crisis management and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a wide array of client needs, focusing on individuals coping with mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. We place special emphasis on age-related mental health issues, particularly those affecting geriatric populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
