Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting confidential and ethical counseling sessions via video chat, focusing on building a therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to support clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health concerns. These may include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) to operate independently.

• No limited or provisional licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

• Strong proficiency in computer literacy, including a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.

• A dependable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted video counseling.
