Position CNC Lathe Machinist Job Location Neenah, WI Starting Date ASAP Employment Term Direct HIre Employment Type Full time Work Hours (Shift) 1st shift Starting Pay $28 to $35/hr Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Required Education High School Diploma/GED Required Experience At least 3 years of experience Responsibilities - Machinists produce or repair parts per customer specification - Solve problems; analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution - Apply knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout and machining procedures - Maintain quality and safety standards; maintain appropriate daily records Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist, with detailed programming knowledge - Possess proficient math and analytical abilities - Basic understanding of lathes, mills, grinders and CNC operation. Basic understanding of metal characteristics and grades - Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
