Customer Service Specialist

Work Study Customer Service Assistant BSU's Fitness Center is available to currently enrolled BSU students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The Fitness Center's Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for: Handling all aspects of membership registrations, sales and inquiries while preventing unauthorized access into the Thornburg Fitness Center Recording usage data and perform light cleaning of floors and equipment Monitoring fitness center and weight-room activity and enforce policies, including but not limited to ensure proper reservations by members Enforcing all traffic flow patterns Conducting regular cleaning and sanitizing duties Eligibility requirements: Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester. Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package Preferred Qualifications - Excellent customer service skills Punctual Respectful Team-oriented Honest Physical Demands - May need to lift up to 45 pounds.
