Manager, Product Management – Credit Bureau Reporting Modernization About the RoleThe Card Credit Bureau Services team is embarking on a multi‑year journey to bring Credit Bureau Reporting in-house to new enterprise platforms. This role will lead tech teams building a re‑imagined Credit Bureau Reporting solution with a new intent on new platforms and will collaborate across the Card Business to solve critical problems for agents and customers. Key Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional tech teams to design, develop, and launch a modern Credit Bureau Reporting solution. Partner with Process, Tech, Ops, and Risk teams to translate business requirements into a bold, step‑change product vision. Deeply analyze data to understand use cases, validate assumptions, and guide product decisions. Identify and resolve complex problems, mitigating product risks while delivering outcomes. Drive alignment across teams to deliver an innovative, resilient solution that meets both short‑term and long‑term value. Key Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in Product Management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products (preferred). Comfort with AI technologies to simplify and automate processes (preferred). Strong data focus, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills. Conditions Capital One will not sponsor employment authorization for this position.
