About the Role Reporting to the Sr. Manager, this Manager-level PM will be the hands‑on lead driving the day‑to‑day execution of our transition from legacy TSYS to the Modern Core (Orion). They will work at the platform level across Channels, Shared Services, and Servicing Strategy to translate architectural trade‑offs into actionable requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies. They will be responsible for: Bridging the gap between the Orion program vision and the technical reality for our 5 platforms and 3 tenants. Managing the product backlog and scoping for specific workstreams to ensure we meet critical 'Day 1' and 'Day 2' milestones. Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for our agents and customers. Salary ranges for this role by location (full‑time, annual): McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100 New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100 Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000 Other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
