This full-time, on-site position involves preparing, configuring, reclaiming, and deploying new iOS devices to internal business groups. The role requires direct interaction with customer-facing clients, meticulous asset tracking, and a consistent onsite presence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, concierge-style support to internal clientele.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to iOS devices.Maintain organizational and asset tracking standards.Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.Document all technical support issues and escalate when necessary.Collaborate with team members, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability.Adhere to basic cybersecurity knowledge and best practices.Manage client expectations with a customer-focused approach.Required QualificationsEducation: A High School Diploma or GED is required.Experience: This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with less than five years of experience.Skills:Customer service skills.Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Interpersonal and collaboration skills.Knowledge of iOS devices and their general troubleshooting.Verbal and written communication skills.Reliability and punctuality are essential.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ServiceNow or a similar service desk platform.Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment.
