Industrial Assembler / Finisher Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, and fine-tune transformer core and coil units
• Perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly adjustments
• Inspect, prepare, and stage completed units for testing and shipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, and air-powered tools
• Safely operate or work around cranes, forklifts, vacuum systems, and hot oil systems
• Perform quality inspections and basic documentation
• Follow assembly specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment
• Work from ladders and scaffolding when necessary
• Complete detailed assembly and finishing work to meet quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, industrial manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on skills
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Experience with industrial equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and power tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely in a large industrial manufacturing environment
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Ability to successfully complete a basic math assessment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
• Good hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly and inspection work
• Must meet required vision standards for inspection tasks
• Ability to safely work at heights using ladders and scaffolding

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Pre-employment physical required
• Ability to work a required swing shift
• Must be able to work safely in a hands-on industrial manufacturing environment
