Responsibilities:

• Provide unparalleled customer service to our residents, their families, and visitors

• Coordinate and facilitate various services, including transportation, appointments, and social activities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members

• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns

• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident activities and preferences

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Develop and implement creative ways to enhance the overall resident experience

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in a concierge or customer service role (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
