Trauma Sales Representative, Northeastern PA (Scranton - Wilkes-Barre - Danville)

Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in assigned territory
- Develop expertise in trauma products and competitive offerings to advise customers
- Manage and maintain product inventory for quick deployment during emergency cases
- Provide product training and consultation to surgeons in operating and emergency rooms
- Attend sales meetings and professional association events outside regular hours
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
- 3+ years sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and healthcare facilities
- Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
- Compliance with AdvaMed principles and applicable regulations
