Registered Nurse (RN) - BMT Outpatient InfusionA dynamic and fast-paced opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years of acute care experience. In this role, you will provide essential clinical care, coordination, and patient education to patients undergoing Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy.ResponsibilitiesAdminister chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions.Coordinate clinical care and provide patient education.Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality patient care.Utilize strong communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with team members and patients.Employ independent critical thinking and multitasking abilities to manage patient care effectively.RequirementsValid RN license in New York.Recent acute care experience is mandatory.Two years of hematology/oncology experience is required.ONC certification is mandatory.BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.Experience in telemetry is required.Behavioral CharacteristicsCandidates must exhibit flexibility and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills while being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to maintain a calm demeanor while managing multiple tasks is essential for success in this role.ScheduleThis position requires flexibility to work primarily on weekdays, with occasional weekend and holiday rotations as per unit policy.
