Regional Marketing AnalystThe Regional Marketing Analyst supports the Marketing team and Sales Operations in the Audi Western Region. Responsibilities include sales/marketing performance reporting, regional marketing campaign execution, sponsorship management and event activation, vehicle fleet coordination, Region and Dealer meeting planning, monthly invoicing and budget management, and general office administration. Understanding of the automotive business and/or prior automotive experience (retail or corporate) is preferred. Must have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Tableau is a bonus. Candidate must be high-energy with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Must also be able to interact with various types of clients, including corporate, regional and dealership personnel. This is a full-time position and work-from-home-based role with a preferred location in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.Role Responsibilities:Marketing SupportRegional event/sponsorship planning, support, event activation, and analysisRegional and Dealer Ad Group campaign support and administrationMonthly invoicing, liaison to Accounts Payable, regional budget reconciliation, and management of non-media spendAd hoc reporting and analysis in support of marketingGeneral Office AdministrationVehicle pool fleet management and administrationOrganization and management of marketing documents in shared folderSales Operations SupportAd hoc reporting and analysis in support of sales and customer experience functionsQualifications:Required2-5 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProject management and implementation skillsPassion for the Audi brand and desire to be part of the automotive industryGood knowledge of portfolio of domestic & import luxury model rangesStrong teamwork, presentation, and communication skills and ability to work with all management levelsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & OutlookDesiredGeneral understanding of automotive business processes in corporate and field organizationRelevant retail or corporate automotive experienceResource managementWork Flexibility:Full-time contract position in Audi Western Region (LA area preferred)Work-from-home-based, fully-remote positionTravel requirement for meetings and events = 20%
