Bilingual Customer Service Rep I - Inbound Health Plans

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls from providers and members, delivering courteous, accurate assistance on benefits, claims and eligibility. This full-time, on-site role in San Antonio, TX offers $18.00 per hour plus a quarterly bonus, with training Monday to Friday 8:00am–4:30pm CST and 8-hour shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm CST. You will document notes, support issue resolution, and uphold service metrics while working #J-18808-Ljbffr WEB-TPA, Inc.
