Customer Service Representative
Nvision, a subsidiary of SBMF Rx, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our San Antonio team. This is an opportunity to provide pharmacy support in an independent retail/specialty pharmacy setting while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no regular evenings or weekends.

Day to day responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls and assist with questions and requests
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Document patient interactions accurately
- Help resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Assist the pharmacy team with daily administrative and customer-service tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
- Pharmacy technician experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
- Comfortable communicating by phone
- Professional and dependable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
