Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
Gary Brown Homes, LLC is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Remote) to assist homeowners, clients, vendors, and other contacts with questions and service requests. The representative will help maintain positive customer relationships while providing timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide information regarding projects, appointments, services, and general inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up on requests and ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
