Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's needs accurately and develop tailored intervention strategies.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), aligning goals with family priorities.

• Monitor outcomes systematically as part of interdisciplinary team efforts, ensuring that the interventions are effective and adjusted as necessary.

• Provide essential support and resources to families, equipping them with the skills necessary to foster their child's development and integration into the community.

• Administer evaluations and maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations to uphold the integrity of our services.

• Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and conducive learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint care plans with families, emphasizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to support developmental goals.
\n
• Implement structured coaching models and naturalistic teaching approaches to engage families and enhance child outcomes.
\n
• Ensure all practices adhere to the highest standards of health and safety for staff and those we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position centers on supporting young children, particularly those aged 0-3 years, who are experiencing development delays or disabilities. Our approach is family-centric, ensuring that caregivers are fully involved in the developmental processes, equipped with both knowledge and skills to promote their child’s growth in everyday settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for any necessary on-site visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n
