We are looking for an experienced, dependable nurse to join our team and provide clinical support across our communities. What You’ll Do As a Traveling Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting our residents, caregivers, and leadership teams. Your responsibilities will include: Set up and administer medications as prescribed by physicians Conduct medication audits and ensure medication practices meet company and regulatory standards Provide ongoing clinical support and phone consultation to supervisors, medication technicians, and caregivers Implement and support our nursing and caregiver training programs Conduct regular rounds to observe residents and ensure their nursing and restorative needs are being met Complete resident admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed Provide hands‑on nursing support on the floor when needed Consult with physicians regarding resident care, treatment, rehabilitation, and changes in condition Collaborate with community leadership and care teams to promote quality resident care Travel to multiple Parallel communities throughout Michigan to provide clinical support and guidance What We’re Looking For Current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan Current CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance Basic computer skills; experience with electronic medical records/charting preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with community teams Compassionate, professional approach to working with seniors Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time Why Join Parallel?
