Job Description

Deliver comprehensive clinical care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of complex conditions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform advanced clinical procedures and interventions within scope of NNP practice
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and communicate outcomes with families and care team
Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in neonatal care
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:
Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) licensure in Michigan
National certification from ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
2-5 years of clinical experience in neonatal or perinatal care settings
