About Us

All For You Fencing is a locally owned fencing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Johnston, Wake, and Harnett Counties. Owned and operated by Jonathan Fisher, we take pride in delivering high-quality fence installations and outstanding customer service. We specialize in residential and commercial fencing projects using wood, vinyl, and metal materials.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Project Manager to oversee fence installation projects from start to finish. This role will lead a crew of 2-3 team members, manage daily job site operations, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 fence installers.
Oversee residential and commercial fence installation projects.
Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Install and supervise installation of wood, vinyl, and aluminum fencing.
Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns.
Understand customer needs and ensure project expectations are met.
Track and submit crew member job hours accurately.
Maintain a safe and organized job site.
Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Previous construction experience required.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable with a proven ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
