Lead Construction Manager - Water & Sewer
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
The City of East Point is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Water, Sewer, and Meter Services divisions, plan projects, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role includes supervising foremen, coordinating with contractors, and directing daily field operations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, at least five years of construction experience with four in supervision, and required certifications including Water Distribution Operator and Georgia CDL #J-18808-Ljbffr International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO)
