THP Plus Case Manager: Guiding Former Foster Youth
Priority Dispatch Corp.
Walden Family Services is seeking a THP Plus Case Manager in Los Angeles (Encino area) to work with former foster youth. The role is full-time, non-exempt, and involves coordination with placing agencies and treatment teams to support youth goals. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in social work or related field and has CA driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Responsibilities include intake, needs and services planning, weekly youth consultations, progress documentation, and reporting to #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
