Duties & Responsibilities:

• The S&T Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Specialist will draft and publish recurring S&T intelligence updates on classified networks (JWICS, SIPR).
• The S&T Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Specialist will track and follow up on intelligence Production Requests via COLISEUM.
• Update annual IO training, track completions, maintain records, and draft quarterly IO reports.
• Assist in managing the ONR JWICS network, including account requests, funding/tech refresh coordination, and updating mandatory authorizations.
• The STILO Specialist provides daily support for SCIF expansion, manage clearances for briefings, and assist the SSO with required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Strong skills with Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft c-suite tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum/General Experience:

• Other Two (2) years of experience working at the TS/SCI level is highly desirable.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred majors include business, communications, or graphics design).
  • The requirement for a bachelor's degree may be waived if the proposed Science and Technology (S&T) Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) Specialist has a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. recent experience in visual communications, video production or related broadcast field.
