Desktop Support Analyst

DescriptionDesktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support. The technician will provide hands-on support for users across multiple locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and workstation-related issues. This role is best suited for an intermediate-level desktop support professional who is comfortable working independently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting users. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMRequired Qualifications:3-5+ years of desktop support, field services, or technical support experience.Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.Experience supporting printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktop devices.Experience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or similar.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.Familiarity with ITIL-based service support processes.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
