Escrow Officer Remote- Ohio Purchase Escrow Experience (Immediate Start)

We're hiring an experienced escrow professional with Ohio purchase transaction expertise who can run files independently from open to close — and we're ready to move fast for the right person. The Role You'll own Ohio purchase escrow files end-to-end, manage a full pipeline with minimal oversight, and serve as a go-to resource for the escrow team. Immediate start available. What You'll Do Manage Ohio residential purchase escrow files independently from opening through closing Communicate daily with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors Review and interpret purchase contracts and title commitments; clear title requirements specific to Ohio transactions Order payoffs, HOA docs, surveys, tax/water certifications, and lien certificates Prepare and distribute closing documents and gather closing invoices Mentor escrow officers and assistants on complex files and best practices Keep accurate, current notes on all active files What You Bring Hands-on experience closing Ohio purchase escrow transactions independently Deep knowledge of the full Ohio title and escrow process Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, deadline-driven environment Ability to start immediately What We Offer 100% remote Medical, vision and dental coverage Paid holidays and vacation Life Insurance 401(k) with company match and clear growth opportunities First Source Title Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
