What You Will Do Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, managing special projects, fundraising support, hiring, and board preparation. Establish and manage complex clinical billing rails, including Medicare enrollment, HIPAA compliance, and SOC 2 workflows. Build the reporting backbone to track outcomes and lead data-driven decision-making across the entire organization. The ideal candidate Generalist operator with a proven track record of bringing structure to complex, messy, and highly ambiguous environments. Direct clinical billing experience, specifically working with Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance claims and provider credentialing.
