We are looking for a like-minded, driven individual who wants to grow with us and help take Salon Backbar to the next level. This is a field-based sales position . You will drive a company-provided car , service existing salon and barber accounts, develop new customers, and sell professional beauty products throughout your territory. Compensation & Benefits

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable developing new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
