From your first day, you'll receive hands‑on support, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your career by earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and advancing toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings. Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies. Collect accurate data and document client progress. Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.
