Target Majors: Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Management Information Systems (MIS), with 2-5 years of data science or client management experience. About The Role Value Delivery & Process Optimization Identify potential improvements in technology and process and work with customers to drive business outcomes (e.g., DSO reduction, increased auto-match rates). Conduct deep-dive observations of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks. Design and execute playbooks that drive user engagement and ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of the client’s finance operations. Strategic Governance & Steering Lead monthly meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics and tactical progress. Manage up and prepare executives for Steering Committees, providing the data‑driven narrative of value delivered. Signal vs. Noise: Change Management Stack‑rank client requests and technical enhancements; negotiate with client managers to focus resources on the 20% of changes that deliver 80% of the impact. Prevent scope creep by aligning client desires with the core product vision, ensuring scalability over customization. Cross‑Functional Stakeholder Management Stakeholder management of internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting to solve high‑impact escalations. Lead the war room when a critical issue arises, own the resolution timeline and post‑mortem strategy.
