Marketing Business Analyst

We are partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Marketing Business Analyst who can turn campaign data into meaningful insights and clear business stories. In this role, you will support marketing analytics, campaign reporting, KPI measurement, and performance benchmarking across multiple healthcare brands and business lines. You will be successful if you are analytical, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to translate complex data into practical recommendations for stakeholders. What You’ll Do Own recurring campaign reporting and performance analysis. Track marketing activity and KPIs across channels, audiences, and business lines. Build and manage campaign and audience lists, including current members and prospective audiences. Create ad hoc analyses and recurring reporting with minimal oversight. Turn complex data into actionable insights, recommendations, and stakeholder-ready narratives. Benchmark campaign results against historical performance and comparable initiatives. Partner with marketing and commercial teams to understand campaign levers, context, and outcomes. Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Approximately 5+ years of marketing analytics, reporting, or related experience. Strong Excel skills and experience creating recurring and ad hoc reports. Excellent analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work autonomously, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to explain what the data means and recommend next steps—not simply report results. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare industry experience. Experience working in a matrixed organization or supporting multiple brands, channels, or lines of business. Power BI experience; exposure to Adobe Analytics is a plus. Experience creating data-driven presentations and executive-ready storytelling materials. #J-18808-Ljbffr
