Salary: $75,000–$85,000 | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Bilingual Property Manager to lead daily operations at an apartment community in Pompano Beach, FL (33069). This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive resident experience while maintaining a well‑run property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure exceptional resident service
• Manage leasing activity, renewals, occupancy goals, and rent collection
• Supervise on‑site staff and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and local regulations
• Prepare reports, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records
• Support marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bilingual required (English + Spanish preferred)
• Previous property management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of leasing processes and property management operations
• Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
