Patent Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior or Mid-Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team in Richmond. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to providing comprehensive patent litigation solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications, software, and manufacturing. Duties Engage in patent litigation cases, both offensively and defensively. Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Represent clients in court and during negotiations. Requirements 2 - 7 years of patent litigation experience. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Excellent academic credentials. EducationBachelor's degree in a relevant field. CertificationsBar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
