Litigation Legal Assistant

Job Description ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal to provide a combination of paralegal and legal administrative support to the Energy and Telecom Department at a reputable law firm in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities Provide both paralegal and legal assistant support to attorneys. Assist with legal research, document preparation, filings, and regulatory matters. Track regulations and related information using Excel spreadsheets. Maintain legal files and documents using document management systems. Handle legal billing, time entry, and invoice-related tasks. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties. Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support role. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience maintaining spreadsheets is required. Experience with legal billing and time entry. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Energy law or regulatory experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with NetDocuments and/or Coyote Analytics is a plus, but not required. Must be available to work onsite Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
