Full job description
MillTown is seeking a skilled Inside Sales professional to join our team. We specialize in delivering high-quality plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services to residential and commercial customers in northeast Massachusetts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve profitable revenue.
- Work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired sales metrics.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Follow up and create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
- Covert lost opportunities to sales from comfort advisors proposals.
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
- Get potential customers excited about Milltown Plumbing & Heating, Inc. and encourage them to spread the word.
- Participate actively in all training.
- Become an expert in your market area, know the customer needs.
- Help set aggressive sales plans.
- Additional duties as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in sales.
- Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
- IT competent, previous experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
