Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their innovative team at California Pacific Medical Center. This per diem opportunity offers flexibility with 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, allowing for exceptional work-life balance in a desirable region. The role involves providing full-scope obstetric care within a collaborative, team-based model supported by a Level 3+ NICU and in-house specialists. Practice Info Full-scope obstetric hospitalist practice at California Pacific Medical Center Level 3+ NICU with in-house neonatology support In-house anesthesia, maternal-fetal medicine, and midwifery support Collaborative team support on shift (in-house neonatology, anesthesia, MFM, and midwifery) Collegial, multidisciplinary culture with strong OB/GYN colleagues Access to an expansive, multi-specialty physician network Responsibilities Provide full-scope obstetric care for the community Partner closely with SWBMG generalists and midwives in a collaborative, team-based model of care Compensation $195 - $195 /Hr.
