Mohar Brothers Landscaping is looking for dependable, hardworking people who want more than just another landscaping job.

We are growing our commercial landscaping division and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time every day , hold themselves and their teammates accountable, and want the opportunity to advance within a company.

Landscape experience is preferred. Commercial landscape experience is even better. But work ethic, reliability, attitude, and ambition matter most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll start as a Commercial Landscape Crew Member servicing properties throughout the Raleigh area, including:

• Apartment communities
• Shopping centers
• Commercial properties
• Stand-alone businesses

Daily work may include:

• Commercial mowing
• String trimming
• Edging
• Blowing
• Hedge and shrub maintenance
• Property cleanup
• Weed management
• Seasonal landscape work
• General landscape maintenance

Experience operating commercial equipment such as zero-turn/stand-on mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers is a major plus.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Punctuality and attendance are extremely important.

Our commercial clients depend on us, which means the rest of the crew needs to be able to depend on you.

You must:

• Have reliable transportation to work
• Be consistently punctual
• Maintain dependable attendance
• Be physically capable of outdoor landscape work
• Be comfortable working in North Carolina heat
• Follow instructions and company procedures
• Work safely around commercial equipment
• Communicate professionally
• Take constructive feedback
• Be willing to learn
• Care about the quality of the finished property

A valid driver's license is a must and can create additional opportunities for advancement.

EXPERIENCE

Preferred:

• 1+ year landscaping experience
• Commercial landscaping experience
• Commercial mower experience
• Experience with trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge equipment
• Experience driving a truck/trailer
• Previous crew-lead or leadership experience
