About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and shaping hiring strategies across the global workforce, with a focus on experienced hiring in the COO, Wealth, and Alpha business groups. This role demands a leader with a strong operational and executional discipline, who can take accountability for outcomes and quality, and who is adept at balancing consistency with flexibility in a global, matrixed environment. The Head of Talent Acquisition will work closely with Senior HR Business Partners and executive leadership to establish global functional priorities, develop robust hiring strategies, and ensure high-quality execution across regions and functions. Applicants for the Head of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a significant background in leading talent acquisition within a global, complex organization, particularly in technology, data, and wealth management roles. The role requires a proven ability to influence and challenge senior business leaders, as well as proficiency in HR technologies and a background in in-house talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or similarly regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership track record, with experience in talent development and team management, and will be adept at building productive partnerships across organizational and geographic boundaries. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, advising on talent acquisition trends, and executing hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent while advancing diversity and inclusion objectives.
