Inventory Control Lead

Duties of the inventory control lead:
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits on time to maintain accurate records of all raw materials
- Process complex inventory transactions, including adjustments, transfers, and corrections within the system
- Research physical inventory discrepancies and analyze recurring issues to implement long-term solutions
Requirements of the inventory control lead:
- 3+ years of professional inventory control and cycle counting experience required
- Prior experience utilizing ERP inventory management software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting stock variances
- Forklift experience
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
